I am in Sheffield.

Bloody hell, is that the time? I've only just gotten up...

Anyway. We ate Indian last night and I thought I would need two naan breads for my tikka masala. Two problems with this plan.

Firstly, I didn't have a tikka masala. I had a plain, ordinary masala. Nice as it was, it was a little weird to scoop out two halves of a hard-boiled egg. Secondly, the naan breads were MASSIVE. I think I went through the equivalent of just one bread last night. So now I'm having the rest for breakfast.

Well, not exactly breakfast as such. They're there and I'm randomly ripping chunks off and munching on them.

I think Nii-chan and I will be going into town today to wander around a bit. I'm going to see if I can strike any inspiration as regards Christmas presents for a few people. I've more or less successfully worked out who won't be too offended if I don't get them anything much, all I have to do is work from my existing list and try to work out whether or not I should include my housemates on it.

Well, if they buy me something, I'll buy them something. That'll do.

In other news, Neko and I saw The Eye yesterday before I left, and it was excellent. It's a shame it's always been on such limited release, since after all the crappy films Neko and I have watched lately it was nice to see one that was as good as this.

It's a Chinese film about a blind woman who receives a corneal transplant to regain her sight. Unfortunately, when she does get her sight back, she starts seeing things that she's not supposed to.

If you liked Ring, you will like The Eye. I'll leave it at that.

Anyway, I must put my clothes on and try to think about what to look for in town. I have an idea for something for Neko and it doesn't involve going to any specialist shops. This is good.
